Q:Can I add more items to my order?

A:Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed in our system.You can just place another order if you want,we will ship together for you if they are shipping the same address and refund the extra shipping fee.

Q:Can I cancel my order?

A:We work hard to process your order quickly to get your items out for delivery as soon as possible. Once your order processes, you may still request cancellation, however please note that cancellation is not guaranteed at this time. Please send cancellation request to tangwanqi3@gmail.com.

Q:Do I have to create a KIRIFLY  account to shop?

A:An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

Q:How to use my discount code?

A:Click "Show order summary" at check out and enter the code into the discount blank.

Q:What forms of payment methods do KIRIFLY accept?

A:We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay and 3 major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard). You can also check out on our amazon store if run into BUY ON AMAZON button.

Q:Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?

A:Yes, simply subscribe to our email reminder on the product page, our system will send you an email notification once the item is available.

Q:Why does it take so long to restock some of your items?

A:Each of our flowers are handmade by our team, therefore it will take longer to complete.
